01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the phpark21 online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and customer support services made available through phpark21 (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all users of phpark21, whether registered account holders or visitors browsing the platform without an account.

By accessing phpark21 in any capacity, you represent and warrant that:

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use phpark21, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. phpark21 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online casino services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of phpark21 is legal in your location.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on phpark21. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by phpark21 or any regulatory authority.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of phpark21 or any of its affiliated game providers.

phpark21 employs age verification procedures at registration and may conduct additional verification checks at any time. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of phpark21 Services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by phpark21 for identity verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your phpark21 Login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying phpark21 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Keeping your registered contact information, including your mobile number and email address, up to date.

phpark21 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from phpark21 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

phpark21 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or terminate an account at its sole discretion, including where phpark21 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

phpark21 supports deposits and withdrawals through approved Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks such as BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by phpark21 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• phpark21 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phpark21 may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phpark21 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your phpark21 account in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• phpark21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other form of bonus manipulation, is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

phpark21 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed or used in violation of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

06 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on phpark21 are provided by licensed game developers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable. phpark21 does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players.

You agree to use phpark21 games solely for personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You further agree that:

• You will not use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with phpark21 games or the platform in any way;
• You will not exploit any bug, error, or technical malfunction in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by phpark21;
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players or with phpark21 staff;
• You will not use phpark21 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

phpark21 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it determines, in its sole discretion, was affected by a technical error, system malfunction, or violation of these Terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phpark21 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one phpark21 account;
• Using phpark21 if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using phpark21 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the phpark21 platform;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or collusion;
• Using prohibited payment methods, including cryptocurrency or credit cards for gambling deposits;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpark21 staff or other players;
• Violating any applicable Philippine law or regulation in connection with your use of phpark21.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the phpark21 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials, is the property of phpark21 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpark21 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phpark21 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phpark21 content;
• Use phpark21 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of phpark21 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phpark21.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpark21 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phpark21 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical errors, system outages, or third-party payment processor failures;
• Interruption or unavailability of the phpark21 platform for any reason;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the phpark21 platform.

phpark21's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpark21 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phpark21's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data

phpark21 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phpark21, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phpark21 may share your personal data with third parties in the following circumstances:

• With payment processors (such as GCash and PayMaya) to facilitate deposits and withdrawals;
• With identity verification service providers to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements;
• With PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law;
• With law enforcement agencies where required by a valid legal order.

11 Responsible Gaming

phpark21 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from phpark21. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

phpark21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laun dering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe;
• Operation of multiple accounts;
• Use of prohibited payment methods;
• Any conduct that phpark21 determines, in its sole discretion, is harmful to the platform, other players, or phpark21's reputation.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided that the termination was not due to fraud or a violation of these Terms that resulted in forfeiture.

You may close your phpark21 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phpark21 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phpark21 informally by contacting our support team. phpark21 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

Nothing in this section prevents phpark21 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phpark21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpark21 will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of phpark21 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using phpark21 and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
